Physical Therapy in Haslett & Greater Lansing
Hands-on, therapist-directed care for pain, injury, and recovery. Serving the Lansing area since 1989.
Our Approach
Treatment That Starts With a Hands-On Evaluation
Most clinics hand you a printout of exercises. We start by putting hands on the problem.
Your first visit is a full movement evaluation with a licensed physical therapist. We look at how your whole body moves, not just where it hurts, because the painful spot is often compensating for something else.
From there, treatment combines hands-on manual therapy with a progression of exercise built around your goals and adjusted as you respond. That combination is why patients get lasting results instead of temporary relief.

What Happens After Physical Therapy?
Being out of pain isn’t the same as being back to full strength, and that gap is why injuries come back. When formal therapy ends, our strength and performance programs pick up where rehab left off.
Before You Come In
Do I need a referral?
Michigan allows you to begin physical therapy without a physician referral for up to 10 visits or 21 days, whichever comes first. However, insurance plans generally require a referral in order to pay for physical therapy. If you plan to use insurance, we recommend obtaining a referral before starting. Contact us if you’re unsure and we can help determine what your plan requires.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans. As a courtesy, we verify your coverage and benefits before your first visit so there are no surprises. See the full list on our Insurance page.
How soon can I be seen?
Most new patients are seen within 48 hours of referral.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in. If we’re treating a knee or ankle, shorts are helpful.
