Performance Training
Build strength, move better, and perform at your best, guided by physical therapists who understand how the body works.
Our Approach
Where Rehab Ends, Performance Begins
Most injuries come back because therapy stops before full strength returns. Our performance programs close that gap. Whether you’re finishing PT, returning to a sport, or just want to feel stronger, we build a plan based on how your body moves.
What We Offer
Programs to help you build strength, move better, and perform at a higher level.
Continuity Care / Strength After PT
For people who have completed formal physical therapy and want to continue building strength, confidence, and physical capacity. This helps bridge the gap between rehab and independent exercise, recreation, or sport.
Adult Strength & Resilience
Individualized training for adults who want to become stronger, stay active, and improve their ability to handle the physical demands of everyday life, recreation, and aging.
Sports Performance / Return to Sport
Training focused on strength, power, movement quality, and physical capacity to help athletes prepare for the demands of their sport and perform at a higher level.
Golf Performance
Assessment and training designed to improve the mobility, strength, speed, and power needed for the golf swing and long-term performance.
Running Performance
Assessment and training focused on strength, movement, and load tolerance for runners looking to improve performance or address recurring limitations.
What Is Continued Care?
Continued care is for people who no longer require skilled physical therapy but still want guidance progressing toward higher-level strength, fitness, or performance goals.
As someone reaches the end of formal rehab, they can transition into a cash-based strength or performance program based on their goals. Some people may use this as a short-term bridge back to independent exercise, while others may continue longer term for ongoing training and performance.
Rehab → Strength → Performance
