Physical Therapy Team

Nathan Rourke, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist, Co-owner

Nathan is a physical therapist with a strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports performance, and helping people stay active beyond the completion of traditional rehab. He enjoys working with athletes and active adults to improve strength, mobility, power, and confidence so they can return to their sport and continue performing at a high level.

He has a particular interest in golf rehabilitation and performance, helping golfers address physical limitations, build strength and rotational power, improve mobility, and develop the physical capacity needed to swing faster and play better.

Nathan grew up in Laingsburg, Michigan, where he was a multi-sport athlete. He is married with two children and enjoys golfing, fishing, MSU and Detroit sports, and spending time with his family.

Gabe Theurer, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist, Co-owner

Gabe is a physical therapist with a strong interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. He particularly enjoys working with athletes recovering from lower-extremity injuries and surgeries, including ACL reconstruction, Achilles injuries, and other knee, ankle, and lower-body conditions. His focus is helping athletes rebuild strength, power, confidence, and physical capacity so they can safely return to sport and perform at a high level.

Gabe is originally from Vassar, Michigan, and moved to the greater Lansing area in 2012. He attended Central Michigan University and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2019.

Gabe is married and has two children. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys staying active, playing hockey, archery, and spending time with his family.

Kelly Treiber, PT, DPT, CLT

Kelly Treiber, PT, DPT, CLT

 Physical Therapist

Kelly is a physical therapist with clinical interests in orthopedic rehabilitation, pelvic health, and lymphedema. She has worked with patients experiencing pelvic health dysfunction since 2014 and lymphedema since 2016 and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist.

She enjoys getting to know each patient’s individual needs, goals, and lifestyle and developing a personalized plan to help them improve function and quality of life. Kelly is especially passionate about helping patients better understand their symptoms and feel confident in managing their health and returning to the activities that matter most to them.

Kelly grew up in Mason, Michigan, and is married with two children. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys coaching soccer and volleyball, staying active, gardening, teaching preschool Sunday school, and spending time with her family.

Katie Nixon, PT, DPT

Katie is a physical therapist with a strong interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, with a particular interest in running-related injuries and performance. She enjoys working with athletes and active individuals of all levels to improve strength, movement, and physical capacity so they can return to the activities they enjoy and continue performing at their best.

Katie is originally from Byron, Michigan, and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Michigan-Flint. She was a varsity athlete in both golf and track and field in high school, which helped develop her interest in sports, movement, and athletic performance.

Outside of the clinic, Katie enjoys running, crocheting, knitting, and spending time with friends and family.

Natalie Gofton, PT

Natalie Gofton, PT, DPT

 Physical Therapist

Natalie is a physical therapist with a strong interest in sports rehabilitation, post-operative care, and helping active individuals return to the activities that matter most to them. She also has a clinical interest in lymphedema and enjoys helping patients build the strength, mobility, and confidence needed to stay active throughout everyday life.

Natalie is originally from Chelsea, Michigan, and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Michigan-Flint in 2026.

Outside of the clinic, Natalie enjoys running, cooking, watching Formula 1, and going on adventures with her dog, Nico.

Shannon Branstner, PT

 Physical Therapist

Shannon is a physical therapist with a broad interest in orthopedic rehabilitation and helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Her clinical interests include treatment of the neck and cervical spine, TMJ dysfunction, and balance.

Originally from Texas, Shannon moved to Michigan in 2005. She is married and has a teenage daughter.

Outside of the clinic, Shannon enjoys biking, hiking, kayaking, yoga, and traveling.

Jason Alleman, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Jason is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with a strong interest in rehabilitation, strength training, and human performance. He enjoys helping patients improve movement, rebuild strength, and return to the activities and sports that matter to them.

He has a particular interest in baseball rehabilitation and performance, including helping athletes improve mobility, strength, throwing-related movement, and overall physical capacity. His other clinical interests include spine-related conditions, shoulder and hip stability, mobility training, and motor control.

Jason is a Lansing native and lives in the area with his wife and three daughters. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys staying active and spending time with his family.

Jeanne Short

Office Manager

Jeanne grew up in Madison, Wisconsin. She has lived in the Lansing area since 1984. She has spent her professional career in the areas of medical administration, human resource management, and accounting. In her free time she enjoys hiking in the woods, biking, and spending time with her friends and family.

Bridget Sherry

Front Office

Bridget grew up in the greater Detroit area and then spent time residing in Ohio, Arizona and Indiana before settling here in Michigan. Bridget works in our front office. She is married and returning to the workplace after spending many years raising her three daughters. In her free time, she enjoys reading, gardening, crocheting and cooking.

Taylor Stewart

Front Office

Taylor grew up in St. Johns, Michigan before attending Alma College. She continued her education in Speech Language Pathology at San Diego State University’s Global Campus. Taylor previously worked as a Wellness Specialist focusing on helping people meet their overall wellness goals post physical therapy treatment. In her free time, she enjoys biking, writing, and spending time with her friends, family, and many pets.
