Jump Training

The Dynamic Game Plan: Minimizing Risk for Knee Injury in the Female Athlete.

This is a jump technique and strengthening program intended for female athletes. This course is designed to teach the proper biomechanics of jumping, improve strength to enhance athletic performance and minimize risk of injury. This program is intended for females age 13-19.

The Fit for Life program was created for you upon completion of your course of traditional physical therapy in order to further benefit from a therapeutic exercise program in this setting.
